HOW IT WORKS

Employees produce monthly, one-page production reports highlighting two things: their five most significant accomplishments from last month and their five highest priorities for the current month. These reports, when coupled with their managers feedback, paint a much better picture of the employees contribution to the team than traditional, annual appraisal.
